Stand upright, spread your feet apart and distribute your body weight evenly.
Use a stretch‐resistant tape, wrap the tape snugly around your hips (do not constrict), measure at the largest circumference of your buttocks keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.
For accuracy, take the measurement three times and record the average.
